Delicious Cake Fillings

Our Genoese vanilla sponge is always made fresh to ensure a soft, moist and light texture. It’s split and spread with a homemade buttercream, whipped from pure butter and icing sugar. No cake would be complete without a generous layer of quality strawberry jam.

We have developed our chocolate cake and cupcakes to contain as much chocolate as we possibly can. This ensures that it is always moist and rich in flavour. The picture is one of our new Comfort Cakes that are delivered in a beautiful, bow wrapped, cake tin. The same chocolate cake recipe applies to our full range of party cakes.

Our red velvet cake is the latest addition and has been developed from raw ingredients to be as delicious and moist as possible. As always the cake is split and filled with a light and fluffy cream cheese filling.

We have created a delicious gluten free vanilla sponge cake with jam and butter cream icing. Made from a special blend of rice, potato, tapioca and maize flours, you would hardly know it was without wheat flour.
